Within this course, students will learn methods to properly design, deploy, integrate and manage an Enterasys NAC solution. Students will gain hands-on experience by performing real world tasks in a robust heterogeneous lab environment including installation, configuration and deployment of Enterasys NAC. Upon completion of this course, students will have gained the knowledge to successfully Design, Install, Integrate, Troubleshoot and Manage an Enterasys NAC solution in customer network environment. This training is recommended for the Enterasys Certified Internetworking Engineer-NAC (ECIE-NAC) examination.
Kursinhalt
• Introduction and Review of NAC positioning within the Security Space.
• Design – Implementation and Designing considerations for a NAC Deployment (out of band).
• Deployment Part I – Deploying an Out-of-Band NAC solution for an Enterasys edge authentication device and for RFC-3580 capable authentication devices.
• Deployment Part II – Deploying Layer 2 and 3 In-Band NAC solutions.

Voraussetzungen
Students are required to possess a solid understanding of network fundamentals, traffic classifications as well as network security concepts and technologies. Enterasys recommends the following courses prior to enrolling in the Enterasys NAC Integration Training course: Enterprise Switching, Enterprise Management and Network Access Control (NAC).
